2. User Rights and Obligations

3. Fayanova Rights and Obligations

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fayanova is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Fayanova's total liability to the user shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Subscriptions

All payments are made in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 30% of the course content. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically, and cancellation can be done at any time from the user's account.

6. Termination of Use

Fayanova may suspend or terminate the user's access in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including fraud, abusive use, or unauthorized distribution of content. The user may request the deletion of their account at any time, with immediate effect.

7. Modification of Terms

Fayanova reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
